Our philosophy and value is simple. We have, we treat every patient, everybody, it’s very simple to say treat someone like you want to be treated. That’s the simple philosophy we have.
It sounds easy, but it’s harder to achieve sometimes in today’s age. But our goal is very simple. When you come to our practice, we’re going to do everything we can to, we don’t want ever a patient leave here unhappy.
Nobody, nobody works hard on just making anyone upset. Our goal has always been one goal. You smile, we smile.
Simple as that. That’s, that’s easy. If you smile, it makes a day for every patient.
Every patient, when they come in happy, the team works very hard in the front or the back. In general, everybody works really, really, really hard to make a pleasant day, not just for themselves, but for the patient. When something is, um, a painful tooth, somebody’s having a lot of pain, a lot of discomfort, they’re, they’re sometimes very upset.
They’re upset about their situation. They’re upset, they’re fear, they’re, they’re in pain. Our goal is always about how can we make that person smile? It’s a simple philosophy.
You smile, we smile. And it is easily achievable. It is easily achievable with just, again, with very simple communication.
Nothing is going to be after the patient has gone home. Our goal is very simple communication beforehand, before they walk in. They are aware of what we are doing that day, what procedures will be done.
It’s very streamlined communication for them to understand so that when they come in, we try to make sure they’re seen on time. Hardly ever anybody has to wait more than a few minutes, if anything. But on some circumstances, they might have to wait, but we try to make sure everybody’s time is valued.
When they come in, you’re not waiting here for two hours and three hours for you to be seen in the practice.
